Apple Cider and Ginger Mocktail

Susan @ The James Street Home
This Apple Cider and Ginger Mocktail is perfect for a group dinner party in early fall. It’s sweet, a little tangy, smooth from the blending, and finishes with a warm heat from the ginger.

Notes

Fresh apple cider from an orchard works best. If you can't find that, find a fresh or very high quality at your local grocery store. Do not use apple juice!
Blending the apple cider and ginger on low for a few seconds helps break up the ginger a bit more. Turning it up to high helps pulverize the ginger, bringing out the fresh ginger juices.
If your apple cider isn't already cold, I recommend pouring this over ice and serving immediately.
