Equipment

  • 1 Large pitcher

Ingredients

Garnishes

  • Fresh cilantro
  • Sliced Limes

Instructions

  • Make the limeade
Mix the cilantro syrup, lime juice, and water in a large pitcher.
Taste, and adjust sweetness level by adding in the plain simple syrup in ½ cup increments until you reach the desired sweetness.
  • Serve over ice.
  • Optional - Garnish
Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime slices

Notes

If you want to make this extra tart, increase the lime juice or mix in 1 teaspoon of citric acid.
The limeade can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
If you're preparing for a large party and fridge space is limited due to the sheer amount of prep, mix and then store the simple syrups and lime juice in the fridge the night before. Then add the water just before serving.
