Make the lemonadeMix the lavender simple syrup, lemon juice, and water in a large pitcher. Taste, and adjust the sweetness level by adding plain simple syrup or additional lavender simple syrup as needed until you reach the desired sweetness.
Serve over ice.

Notes
If you want to make this extra tart, increase the lemon juice or mix in a few pinches of citric acid. If you're preparing for a large party and fridge space is limited due to the sheer amount of prep, mix and store the lavender simple syrup and lemon juice in the fridge the night before. Then add the water just before serving.
