Equipment

  • 1 Large pitcher

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rose Simple Syrup
  • 1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups water or sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

Garnishes

  • lemon wheel
  • lemon slices

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher and serve over ice.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh lemon slices.

Notes

Make this just before serving to preserve the floral scent and taste as much as possible.
To make it fancier, make your own ice cubes with lemon slices in them. In an ice cube tray, add a small wedge of lemon to each cube. Fill with water and freeze. This little touch will help make the summery drink even more refreshing and beautiful.
If you want to make this extra tart, mix in 1 teaspoon of citric acid. I personally find this overpowers the rose flavor, but it's a popular hack for making lemonades taste more tangy.
