Earthy, fresh, and slightly floral, with a tang from the lemon soda, this Mixed Berry and Sage Craft mocktail is a personal favorite of all time. The Sage Simple Syrup brings an earthiness that you won’t get if you use a regular simple syrup.
This refreshing and delicious option is great for a dinner club, a summer BBQ, or even in lieu of afternoon coffee or iced tea.

Ingredients
- Mixed Berries - Fresh or frozen, either will work. I typically use the frozen berry mix from Costco.
- Fresh Sage - Fresh sage is crucial for this drink. Its woodsy taste and smell add so much to this drink.
- Lemon Soda - This can be something like San Pellegrino or a generic brand. Trader Joe's has some great cirtus sodas.
- Sage Simple Syrup - Making and using your own syrup for drinks is a great way to elevate them.
Hint: I recommend making the sage simple syrup in advance so you won't have to work with hot syrup.

Top tip
If you're serving the Mixed Berry and Sage Craft mocktail in the hot summer months, I highly recommend having really good crushed. The rule of thumb is to have one pound of ice per guest.
